We have all heard the saying, and perhaps stopped to shake our heads at ourselves when we hear it come from our own mouths: “Money doesn’t grow on trees!”

Where does it come from then? This classroom resources takes a closer look at sources of income. It is interesting to try to identify the sources of income through a teenagers eyes, especially if he doesn’t have a job. However, it is possible!

This resource will guide students through a lesson of identifying income, how to add income to their wallets, the importance of creating wealth, entrepreneurial examples, and the development of jobs based on technological advancements.
